Meclec has become recognized as a leader and top quality polisher and show chrome plater serving the V-Twin, Cruiser, and Sport Bike markets. Meclec is currently doing business with several custom builders, many dealerships and independent motorcycle shops across the country. Meclec has an outstanding polishing department with personnel that know motorcycle parts. Meclec maintains a proprietary procedure that we use in our chrome plating process. We use a triple plate procedure; copper, nickel and chrome on steel motorcycle parts. Aluminum parts receive a five-plate procedure; zinc, nickel, copper, nickel and chrome. Meclec also does RE-CHROMING. We strip the existing plating, re-polish and re-plate using the necessary procedures. Meclec is mechanic friendly in the plating process which eliminates additional time preparing parts for installation. All Meclec chrome is Show

We have an in-shop turn around time of 5 to 10 working days depending on the season. We also have a QUICK TURN AROUND PROGRAM. Parts that are received Next Day Air get a priority 3 day turn around, parts that are recieved Second Day Air get a 4 day turn around.
